By accessing InfoUndi, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or misrepresent its content. Normal linking, quotation and search-engine indexing are welcome when the source and context remain clear.
Informational service
InfoUndi provides election information and analysis for public understanding. It is not an official Election Commission service, legal advice, voting instruction, a prediction of individual behaviour or a guarantee that a person currently holds office.
Sources and licences
Underlying datasets retain the licences and attribution requirements stated by their publishers. ElectionData.MY result data is identified as CC0 where applicable. Maps, source reporting, party marks and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
Unless a page states otherwise, InfoUndi's original writing, analysis, visual design, branding and software are protected. Brief quotation and linking with clear attribution are permitted. Republishing substantial portions, removing attribution, impersonating InfoUndi or presenting InfoUndi analysis as an official result is not permitted without written approval.
Accuracy and availability
InfoUndi works to preserve source identity, finality and checked dates, but public datasets and external services can contain errors, revisions or delays. The service is provided as available without a promise that every page, feed or historical record will always be complete, uninterrupted or current.

Links to official agencies, data providers, news publishers and other third parties are provided for attribution and further reading. InfoUndi does not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
Responsible automated access
Public indexing and reasonable research access are permitted. Automated activity that bypasses controls, creates excessive load, probes non-public systems or attempts to extract credentials is prohibited.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, InfoUndi and its operator are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on an incomplete, delayed or incorrectly interpreted record. These terms may be updated as the service, its data sources or legal obligations change.
